  • Third-Party Physical Resource Requirements

As the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Binnacle Training is responsible for systematically monitoring that all third-party schools uphold the physical resource requirements—including facilities, equipment, and access to clients—specific to each program being delivered.

A Guide to Providing Evidence of Your Physical Resources

To help us confirm you have a great learning environment for your students, you will be provided with a form to submit physical evidence of your facilities and equipment.

The goal is to demonstrate that your resources are suitable, safe, and ready for training.

We have simplified the requirements below:

    1. Learning Space and Equipment

    • Please provide clear photos or a short video showing:
    • The main training facilities and areas that students will use.
    • The key pieces of equipment required for the training program (checklists are provided below).

This helps us verify that the space is appropriate and that you have sufficient equipment for your students.

    2. Safety and Quality

When capturing your photos or video, please ensure you:

    • Show that your equipment is modern and in good working condition.
    • Include examples of your safety measures, such as machine guards, clear signage, or tidy workspaces.

To access the requirements for each training program, view the School Physical Resource Requirements.

Evidence of having the required Physical Resources must be provided prior to Binnacle Training issuing an official Third Party Agreement (TPA). If you have not provided this today, Select 'No' above, and Andrea will follow up by requesting this evidence soon.

  • Marketing Requirements For School Subject Selection Material (Subject Handbooks and Websites)

Your School (Third Party) is required to submit your Subject Selection Material (for each Binnacle Program you are set to offer), for Binnacle pre-approval.

This includes subject information as positioned in your School Handbook (either printed or digital) and/or School Website.

Binnacle Training is required to check all marketing and advertising materials are quality assured against the Standards, factual and accurate before being distributed.

There are mandatory inclusions, optional inclusions and must not be included requirements.

To access the requirements for subject selection booklets and websites view
    the Mandatory Marketing Requirements Document.
