Binnacle Program Deliverers must meet one of the following trainer and assessor requirements, as per Standard 3.2 of the Outcome Standards and the Credential Policy, prior to the commencement of delivery.

Meeting the requirements of Standard 3.3 of the Outcome Standards is essential for maintaining the integrity and value of our vocational education and training programs. Binnacle Program Deliverers have three options available to them in order to demonstrate they have current industry skills and knowledge.

There are several training products which have specific requirements above those listed in the 2025 Standards for RTOs - these requirements apply to:
- SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness
- SIS20122 Certificate II in Sport & Recreation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTAID009 Provide CPR
